When Sea to Summit set out to design a mat that was better than what was already available, they ultimately went back to why they carry a sleeping mat into the wild in the first place — to give us a better night’s sleep. ‘Better’ is of course a very subjective ambition and while they could have made the lightest, or the most compact mat ever designed, they’re stoked to present what we consider to be the most comfortable sleeping mattresses available. Happy sleeping!
Features:
The two layers of high resolution cells can be pressurised independently to provide ultimate flexibility in comfort adjustment. Inflate the top layer to your personal comfort while maintaining a high pressure base layer for protection from rough terrain. Independent chambers allow the mattress to function even if one of the layers is punctured.

Having tried other sleeping mats of various configurations before, and all with marginal success, I was more than pleasantly surprised at the comfort offered with the Sea To Summit Comfort Plus mat. It was the closets thing to a quality 'home' mattress that I have experienced. No sore spots developing due to hip or shoulder resting on the ground and good insulation as well. I really like the inflation bag idea keeping moist breath out of the mat as well as the ability to keep the bottom half firm whilst easily adjusting the top half with a light press on the valve after lifting the inflation cap. This is a game changer for me, sleeping out.
