The Brača Hurricane is the latest paddle in the Brača touring line. It has a slightly reduced blade surface area and offset spine height to provide more efficient catch, tracking and exit.

Its exceptional strength fully withstands intense conditions and performs flawlessly in the open ocean, rivers and lakes. This is a perfect paddle for touring and long races for the paddlers who prefer a traditional shape over a wing blade. It is a really nice paddle to brace on and has specially reinforced edges to withstand the toughest of conditions. An excellent support for those who enjoy kayak sailing. These paddles are also a good option for fishing ski paddlers preferring a euro style blade.

All Brača Euro blade paddles are available with either a fixed shaft or a 5cm adjustable shaft system. This allows easy adjustment of overall paddle length and blade angle from 0° to 80° right or left. The system also allows you to disassemble the paddle into two parts for easy transportation.

Brača Hurricane is Brača's popular sea kayak touring paddle.

All Brača Hurricane paddles are reinforced with carbon fibre. 

Blade Size: Two sizes available Max (720 cm sq) and Min (660 cm sq) sizes

Length: Paddles in stock are 210-220cm long, fully adjustable angle & length

Carbon Content: The Braca Hurricane (black) is available with carbon 60 construction (shaft 60% carbon, blade 75% carbon) which produces a more flexible paddle. The Stiffness / Flexibility of the shaft is measured as the amount of flex over a metre of shaft under a 10kg load.

Shaft type: The Adjustable shaft allows for adjustment of paddle angle and 10cm of adjustment in length (09K shaft).

Hand Grip/ Locator: Locator positioned for right hand

Ferrule: Kajak Sport Ferrule - fully adjustable angle.

IMPORTANT!
Always clean your adjustable shaft regularly!
When used in saltwater conditions, clean with freshwater after each use, otherwise disassemble and clean every three days. Store your adjustable paddle disassembled if not used for more than two weeks!
