These are a replacement hatch cover for a 15cm rim with a screw thread. 

The hatch cover is 21cm wide (outer measurement).

This hatch cover fits the 15cm (opening width) rim on Wavedance  kayaks (depends on age of kayak - covers have been changed over time.
