If you need to replace a rudder or want to change to a different one there are now three types of Epic rudder for use in different conditions:

Epic Universal Rudder

The Universal Rudder was the original Epic surfski rudder. Designed to be an “all around” performer, 
it offers decent purchase in big water with acceptable drag and marginal weed shedding abilities 
when combined with a weed guard.

Epic Surf Rudder

Paddling in big water? The Epic Surf Rudder has a much bigger blade surface and deeper purchase, 
and offers superb traction and control in big wind and waves.

Epic Weedless Rudder (this listing)

A shorter rudder for paddling in smaller conditions where you may encounter weeds. 
combined with the carbon Weed Deflector (sold separately), the weedless rudder is designed to shed seaweed and prevent those irritating hangups during your training session or race.
