The Smart Track Hybrid Foil Rudder System flips over on the rear deck.

Typically used on Tahe Marine and P&H sea kayaks.

A Bayonet Pin Mount is typically used for top deck mounting.  If there is not already a bayonet pin sleeve present, installation will require drilling the pin hole through the deck into an epoxy end-pour, on kayaks without a transom or flat stern.  This should be done before applying any finish coatings (varnish or paint) on new kayaks.

The Bayonet Pin Sleeve is sold separately. If Replacing an existing rudder that has this type of pin, the kayak should already have this sleeve.
