Loading... Please wait...Prusik loops are an essential part of a whitewater rescue kit suited to un-pinning smaller craft: kayaks, packrafts and canoes using a 3:1 Basic Z-Drag.
Refer to the NRS Z-Drag crib sheet (water resistant paper) for the steps needed to un-pin a stuck kayak. We recommend you review this sheet prior to setting out if it has been a while since your last swiftwater course.
Price is per metre of 6mm or 5mm prusik cord. Indicate number of metres in the Quantity box - will be cut as one piece. There are also a couple of pre-cut 2.5m lengths.
We highly recommend you take a swiftwater rescue course in your local area. Play safe!
