Loading... Please wait...Rescue loops are an essential part of a whitewater rescue kit suited to un-pinning smaller craft: kayaks, packrafts and canoes using a 3:1 Basic Z-Drag.
Refer to the NRS Z-Drag crib sheet (water resistant paper) for the steps needed to un-pin a stuck kayak. We recommend you review this sheet prior to setting out if it has been a while since your last swiftwater course.
Price is for one loop, made from approx. 6m of 1" (25mm) wide tubular tape and tied with a tape knot into a loop.
(Tubular tape can also be purchased off the roll, by the metre - separate page)
We highly recommend you take a swiftwater rescue course in your local area. Play safe!
